- Marinated beef bulgogi
- White Rice
- KPOP Sauce (or KPOP XXX for an extra kick!)
- KPOP Sea Snacks
- Pickled radish
- Pickled bean sprouts
- Pickled cucumbers
- Pickled kimchi
- Sunny side up egg
- Cook rice or use instant rice
- In a skillet, cook beef until done.
Grab a bowl and assemble your bibimbap!
First the rice, then the KPOP Sauce, and the rest of your ingredients!
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions to make it Instagram worthy.
The great thing about bibimbap is that you can use whatever vegetable or protein you like. We used leftover pickled sides, but other favorite ingredients are: kale, spinach, chicken, pork, etc! You can even replace the rice with brown rice or quinoa to up the health factor! We love making this on lazy days or when there’s too many leftovers in the fridge.
