It's finally starting to feel like Fall! With the weather cooling down, we want to make food that makes us feel warm and cozy on the inside. What can do that better than a delicious chili recipe?
Serves: 6 / Prep Time: 15min / Cook Time: 45 min
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans roasted tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 cup white onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 1 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp KPOP XXX
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Directions
- In a pot, cook beef until no longer pink.
- Break into crumbs and add the seasonings, tomato paste, and KPOP XXX.
- Wait for a slight simmer and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 min.
- Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapeños, and anything else your heart desires!
