Ingredients
- 1-1.5 kilo chicken breasts pounded to 1/2 inch thickness
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 1-2 cups panko crumbs
- Honey Glaze Sauce
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
- For breading, lay out three plates. In one, season flour with salt and garlic powder. In another, beat the eggs. In a third, pour panko crumbs.
- One at a time, dredge chicken cutlets in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with panko crumbs.
- Then cook in air fryer for 10 minutes on one side, then flip to cook for another 8 minutes.
- Plate chicken and drizzle Honey Glaze Sauce on top!
