3. Gimbap

A Korean classic, Gimbap is popularly referred to as the Korean version of sushi. Though, unlike sushi, it doesn’t have to stay refrigerated making it great to take with you anywhere! Put whatever your foodie heart desires, people typically fill them with meat and vegetables such as spam, bulgogi, spinach, and zucchini. One of our personal favorites would definitely be Kimchi Tuna Gimbap. It’s different than your typical meat gimbap and has a nice tangy kick to it!

This one’s for all our health lovers! Road trips don’t by any means mean only eating McDonald’s or gas station foods. You can still have a nutritious healthy meal on the road, starting with a salad in a jar! 🥗 Storing it in a jar makes for extra convenience and mess free when it comes to shaking up your salad. It’s also light and refreshing so you won’t have to deal with any of that bloated greasy feeling you would get from fast foods. Not everyone has a camper with space to enjoy a whole board, but you can easily put it in a smaller tupperware to have individual spreads. Alternatively, if you want real relaxation vibes, take a pit stop at a nice view to sit outside and enjoy the charcuterie there with plenty of space around!
