Bulgogi Bibimbap

Ingredients (3-4 servings):

  • ½ lb of ground beef
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1.5 cups of rice  
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil  
  • 1/3 cup of spinach
  • 1/3 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1/3 cup of julienned cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 julienned carrot sticks
  • sesame seeds
  • dried seaweed
  • 3-4 eggs
  • ½ cup of KPOP Sauce

 Directions:

  1. Marinate ground beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic; refrigerate for 1 hour
  2. Cook 1.5 cups of rice
  3. Heat pan with vegetable oil & cook beef thoroughly (3-5 minutes) on medium to high heat
  4. On a separate pan, sauté vegetables and add 1 tsp of salt for seasoning   
  5. Place one serving of rice, beef, and vegetables into a large bowl
  6. Fry eggs (recommend sunny side up)
  7. Serve 1 egg on top of each serving of rice, beef, and vegetables
  8. Add 2 tbsp of KPOP Sauce on top (add more to taste), sprinkle sesame seeds and crushed dried seaweed, mix all ingredients, and enjoy!
