Beer Cheese Dip

Beer Cheese Dip (6-8 servings)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (net wt) of cream cheese
  • 2 C of shredded mozzarella
  • 1.5 C of shredded cheddar, yellow or white
  • 1 C of shredded pepper jack (optional)
  • 1/4 C of KPOP Sauce
  • 2 tbsp of corn starch
  • 2 tbsp of crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 C of an IPA Beer

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture becomes smooth.
  3. Add the mixture to an oven-safe dish and then bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, open up bag of chips, or pull out some veggies, and enjoy the KPOPPED cheesy goodness!
