KPOP Spicy Chicken Wings

KPOP Spicy Chicken Wings (makes 20-24 wings)

Ingredients

  • 20-24 naked chicken wings
  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1/3 C of KPOP Sauce (add more for additional heat)
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • 2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 1/3 cup of thinly chopped scallions

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking tray with aluminum foil or parchments paper. In a large bowl, mix the wings with the olive oil and then place them onto the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  2. While the wings are baking, in another large bowl, mix the KPOP Sauce, sugar, sesame oil, water, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and minced garlic all together.  
  3. Take the wings out of the oven. They should be fairly well cooked. Add the wings into the bowl with the sauce, tossing the wings around so that each one is coated well in sauce mixture. Then, place the wings back on the baking tray and put back into the oven for 8 minutes.
  4. Remove the wings from the oven and transfer over to plate. Garnish the wings with the sesame seeds and scallions and serve! These wings are guarenteed to be a hit!!!
