K POP Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients (3-4 servings):

  • ½ cup of sliced kimchi (fermented cabbage)
  • 1/3 cup of sliced onions
  • 1/3 cup of diced scallions or leeks
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 1.5 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil + 4 tbsp soy sauce 
  • ½ cup of KPOP Sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat pan with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  2. Cook bacon on pan and remove bacon from pan
  3. Leave bacon fat in pan and add kimchi and onions
  4. Cook kimchi and onions until onions are translucent
  5. Add ¼ cup of KPOP Sauce to kimchi and onions and mix in rice
  6. Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil and 4 tbsp of soy sauce
  7. Break apart bacon add to rice mix
  8. Add scallions to rice mix
  9. Add ½ cup of KPOP Sauce and mix
  10. Fry eggs on separate pan (recommend over-easy or over-medium)
  11. Serve eggs on top of fried rice and enjoy!
