Korean Baby Back Ribs

Directions for a full rack

  1. Dry rub the ribs with the following in equal proportions (1 tbsp each): pepper, garlic salt, chili powder, onion powder
  2. Cover ribs and let it sit in room temperature for 30 minutes
  3. Generously brush on KPOP Sauce, put ribs on baking tray, and cover with foil
  4. Place in oven for 1.5 hour at 275°F
  5. Let it cool for 10 minutes before covering with more K POP Sauce
  6. Enjoy and get the party started!
