Use KPOP Sauce in this healthy recipe for Korean Pork Lettuce Wraps

Theo's Pork Lettuce Wraps (3-4 servings)

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb of ground pork
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons KPOP Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup of cooked white rice
  • 1 head of lettuce leaves
  • 1/3 cup diced green onions or scallions (optional)

Directions

1. On a large pan, Cook ground pork and chopped onions until brown over medium to high heat.

2. Add sesame oil, KPOP Sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce to pan.

3. Reduce heat to a simmer and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes while continuously mixing.

4. Serve with rice rolled into lettuce leaves

5. Add sliced green onions to top (optional)

5. Enjoy this tasty and healthy snack or meal!
